  1. Forgot to mention I tried using another gpu to test the pcie slot, the pc booted but this other gpu used less than 75w and I could not test the psu with it.
  2. I have an MSI r9 390x with a g10 bracket and AIO I had this setup for about a year and decided that the vrms need better heat sinks so I bought theses: https://www.arctic.ac/uk_en/h3-vrm-generic.html after applying them I let them to properly attach overnight and when I plugged in the card for the first time the card booted fine and the temps were good and I had put it on stock clocks. I ran msi kombustor and after a minute the pc shut off and would not turn on and displayed error code b2. I don't know if my Gpu is dead or if it's my psu. I tried different pcie slots and removed the Ben heat sinks just in case they were shorting something out. I don't have another card to test he psu with any other suggestions for troubleshooting the problem. Pc details below. motherboard: msi z97 gaming 5 cpu: I7 4790k psu: EVGA 750w GQ ram: 32gb hyper fury gpu msi r9 390x
  3. I have a MSI r9 390x with the g10 bracket water cooled and heatsinks on both vrms Using Afterburner and I have used Guru3d ddu and completely removed afterburner and flashed the original bios before I ever tried overclocking. Still same results. On stock voltage and power limit I get artifacts when I increase core clock by 20 mhz When I have core and memory clock on stock and increase power limit even by 5% I start to get artifacts I cant even overclock 20 mhz on core without artifacts. The GPU temps are fine Anyone got any suggestions to what I could be doing wrong.
  4. Nope, didn't work still stuck at the loading screen
  5. I tried formatting and gpt, but ill check if its set to active.
  6. Checked and I made sure that the OS disk was top and that HDD was showing up.
  7. I only just got it new and it was working fine and health was fine when I checked on other pc's
  8. I recently got a Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB When I plug it into my pc windows gets stuck at the loading screen and will load for ever. I tried to switch out the sata cabled and different sata power connectors and cables. I got the drive to work normally on another pc but on my one it stops windows from working. The disk is initialized as MBR. I tried to unplug all other drives apart from the OS SSD. I can RMA it but I do not think its the hard drive as it does work on other pc's Windows loading screen
  9. I'm going to be mounting a aio liquid cooler onto my msi r9 390x and I wanted to know where to put small heat sinks and where would I be able to get the same thickness thermal pads from. I added a picture of the board if possible could you indicate where to place them. Heat sinks: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/30-Pcs-Aluminum-Heatsink-Cooling-Fin-20mmx14mmx6mm-for-Mosfet-IC-PK-/322192405267 AIO: Antec Kuhler H20 950 Thanks
  10. I was using radeonpro to check some thing and how it would make my game look. I used it before and has no issues when removing the effects. This time when I click reset defaults my game still had the effects that should have been removed when I clicked reset defaults. I uninstalled radeon pro and my amd drivers and I still cannot fix the game. In the picture its got the radeonpro settings and on the right the skins are all blurred even though in the advance tab its all normal http://imgur.com/a/jGyuS
