  1. Oh, alright. Thank you for the help, though, you've been very informative. And all my drivers are up to date already
  2. Overwatch's ingame VRAM display reported around 360-370mb. Is vram this low for every intel hd 520 processor, or is it just my model of laptop?
  3. Thank you for the response. I have been running in high performance mode, but I never noticed the low dedicated RAM. I checked the bios and intel graphics control panel, but I couldn't find a setting to allocate RAM. Is there another way to go about this (though I might have just missed the option).

  5. Hello! I recently purchased a dell inspiron 7359 for use in college. I know it is not meant for gaming, but I wanted to be sure I could play light games while I am away from home. I've seen plenty of benchmarks saying that an intel core i7 6500u with hd 520 graphics would be able to play the games I wanted. However, this laptop seems to be giving me frame rates that are less than half of what all benchmarks are saying it should be performing at. Namely, Overwatch at low, 33% render scale 720p is giving me less than 30fps, when benchmarks I've seen displayed 60fps on 50% render scale. CS:GO running on low/medium mix on 1080p (to match the benchmark settings), gave me less than 30 as well, when the benchmark displayed 60+. So far, I've tried making sure the laptop's settings were all on maximum performance, I updated all drivers, I tried running on an external monitor, and I updated the bios. Small improvements from the start, but not much change. Does anyone know what's going on or how to fix it? Thank you for your consideration! I included the dxdiag file, so that all specs are there. If I need to add something else, just let me know! DxDiag -Dell Inspiron 7359.txt
