    After completely clean and new installation, the system still lags during：typing, dragging windows and moving mouse. My Hardwares list: Motherborad: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII IMPACT CPU: 6700K OC@4.5 RAM：CORSAIR DDR4 16G XMP@3200 Graphics Card：EVGA 980Ti Classified SSD: SAMSUNG 850 pro 256G OS: Windows 10 pro 1607(14393.82) Is there anyone having the same problem，and knows how to solve it?
