Anyone have any ideas

Hi guys and gals I have a strange issue which has only recently started with my Asus strix r9 380 4gb if I try to apply any overclock it will not save what so ever all it does is revert back to stock after a few seconds if I monitor the clock speeds they do not change when I try and apply my overclock All drivers are up to date and my max temps under load are 65c I have tried all of the usually occurs software Asus gpu tweak 2 MSI afterburner Gigabyte oc software And a few others I can't remember Also I have tried this with windows 7,8,8.1,10 all 64bit with no change Can anyone help me

Thank you for all the feedback people my 4gb is a hyper X fury stick I am going to do some testing regarding my games and see which games get close to my max ram also i forgot to say I do play batman arkham knight as well my method for choice for which amount will be play my games while in most stressful areas while logging ram usage. If I am between 10-60% I will upgrade to 8gb or 65+ % usage then go for 16gb just to give more overhead. Do you think this would be a good way of testing if not what would you do

Regarding prices I am based in the UK and overclockers.co.uk is where I have been looking at for ram there is a set of 16gb for £65

Hey guys and gals I am planning on buying some new ram Now my motherboard has 2 slots as it is an matx gigabyte board I currently have 6gb 1x 4gb and 1x 2gb installed And i only really play games I don't do and media creation So what do I go for total of 8gb or 16gb Do I buy a single 4gb stick or buy a pair of 8gb The most ram demanding game I play is ark survival evolved Ram speeds don't bother me and I have around £100 to buy a some ram What would you guys recommend

I have just enabled dual gpu with the Apu and my gpu r7 + r9 380 4gb and I have got to say FPS has shot up 1080p on a 50" TV from 70ish FPS to just shy of 100fps on batman arkham knight

Hi all I have recently changed my CPU from Amd phenom ii x6 1090t. 6 core oc to 4ghz turbo core turned off To Amd a10 7700k 4 cores at stock 3.4 ghz with turbo boost to 3.8ghz Both are using a Corsair h55 aio watercooler. I have noticed that the 7700k seem to be far better at all the tasks I hand it compared to the 1090t even tho it had 2 more CPU cores at high speeds Do you guys think I was right to change to this cpu. There where some limiting factors when I brought this chip like funds local stock levels of both am3+ boards and fm2+ board and chips so I had to go with the best that I could afford and people had in stock I could not wait for delivery yes from online. I know these two CPUs are different sockets and require different motherboards
