I'm facing the same issues, but I have a Legion Y540 (laptop) with i5 9300H, 1660Ti and 144Hz screen. Flickers only happen when I have Optimus off, meaning only the Nvidia GPU is on. If I enable Optimus, meaning both the Intel and Nvidia GPU are on, no issues. I've already sent feedback to Nvidia through their form.

I can't afford to wait much since I need one for this summer. Thank you.
