Updated budget With new parts Ssd instead of hhd Smaller water cooler

I guess I could drop watercooling then buy the ssd.

From what I learned from some posts and videos is that very very few games actually utilize the hyper threading. So that is why I decided upon the i5 3.5ghz. That way I have plenty of power and I get the skylake benifits. Plus I don't ever overclock.

Here is the budget for this build. I must have changed something(drinking last night) because the price is different.

The past couple days I have watch a numerous amount of videos. This is what I decided to do. Mainly because I don't have a lot of money and I am a disabled ARMY veteran. So question, can I use a MSI M5 sli motherboard on board graphics for display.(without graphics card) then when I get my next pay check I plan to buy a graphics card. probably the gtx 1060 (or sli gtx 970)?? What is the on board graphics card capable of?
