I'll make this short and sweet -Ethernet cable is plugged in, no internet is received in any form -Have tried 3 working cables (Can confirm all three work since I used them on another PC) -Modem/ Router is not the issue as I have tried all ports including the one my brother uses and he receives internet when testing all 3 cables -Tried downloading the latest drivers from Gigabyte and installing them, even used the disc for the drivers, nothing changed -Have tried every possible solution that I have googled, all of them are the same BS, "Restart PC, install new drivers" what ever the website says I have tried multiple times and ways -Went as far to change Registry settings "Proxy Enable" which was set to 0 [So is WinsProxy but can't find where that is bc its not where people are saying it is] Specifications: -Windows 10 home -Version 1709 OS build: 16299.431 [Physical Hardware] i5-6600k GTX 1070 GIGABYTE GA‑Z270X‑Ultra Gaming WD Black 2TB hard Drive SansDisk 240 GB SSD

I've just installed a legit Windows 10 DVD from Newegg, it did run and everything was running smoothly until it froze again. At this point I have no idea what the issue is. It would be a big help if you could refer a company (I.E. Geek Squad, Nerds To Go) to see if one of them could possibly help me out. Much thanks!

Just have, it seemed to run longer than before, however I definitely believe its the motherboard (going to get Windows 10 legit). I'll do some more digging into what could be wrong with said Mobo

I recently built a brand new PC, all brand new components, but the Windows OS was not bought legitimately. Everything was running fine and dandy, when the whole computer freezes, no error signs, no shutdown, just a dead stop and can't do anything. Has happened four times and all four times it happened within 15 minutes of the computer being on. Mother board: ASUS Z-170 Ram: 2x sticks of 8GB, G Skill TIPJAWS CPU: Intel i5-6500 Skylake 3.2 GHz SSD: Kingston 240 GB v300 HardDrive: WD Black 2TB CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H50 120mm NOTE: The SSD was checked to see if it was a bad SSD, was not the case and ran fine on another system
