as someone with the same build to a T, i see nothing wrong with it

Disabling the iGPU worked, thanks!

I started up Fallout 4 adn it said something along the lines of "determining optimal graphics settings" and then "Graphics settings set to low". I went on to Skyrim because i remember being able to set the GPU. In the drop down it listed my IGPU, which was selected, and then my 1070. My 1070 is recognized in cam and corsair link, and even in games; gtav even says i have 8gb of vram but plays at 15-20fps. Cam shows 0% GPU usage as well. My drivers are up to date, This is my first post, tell me if i'm doing something wrong
