The cpu cooler starts and then stops and thats it.

So only the CPU and the MOBO are connected to the powersupply and there is still nothing.

I am pretty sure I did everything right, but when I power on the pc (by hitting the button on the mobo) the cpu cooler fan starts and then nothing happens after that.

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone could review/recommend good budget film editing builds? My friend asked me if I could make him one for under $800 but he said he would be willing to reach out to $900. This is what I have come up with so far. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/YcMWcc His main concern was if this would be capable of running Adobe Premier. I am aware that editing is more CPU intensive so is the GPU necessary? Or would more RAM be a better option? Any kind of help is greatly appreciated!

As in using a 100 ft ethernet cable and running it down the stairs?

That would be ideal but my room is above the router/modem and I don't know how I would get an ethernet cable down there.

It's a dual band modem so we try to keep our less intense devices on the 2.4 ghz band and our laptops and such on the 5.
