  1. I've got a gigabyte aorus B450 elite, i've got a 1660ti on it and earlier today i installed my old 1050ti to experiment with mining and stuff. I think i scratched the board with the card or fried a bit of it with static electricity or something idk because the audio doesnt work now. If i plug in my headphones to the back or front panel 3.5mm connectors the sound is very quiet and there is a constant electrical type buzz or static. The microphone doesnt work either. The headphones work on my phone, they work if i connect them to my monitor and they work if i connect them to a 3.5mm to usb adapter. I reinstalled audio drivers, tried cleaning the inside of the 3.5mm, reconnecting the HD audio cable and none worked. Im pretty sure that its a hardware issue but im asking here just in case it might be a software thing.
  2. I've already assigned my pc a static ip
  3. I'm trying to make a day of defeat server to play on with my frens, so i downloaded the half life dedicated server and opened the 27015 port but when i test it, the site says its closed. I tried opening different ports and they were all closed.
  4. Is there any way to have the C:\Users\username\Desktop\ folder be on the E drive?
  5. I've always used Avast but recently it installed "Avast Passwords" without my permission. I tried to uninstall it but i couldn't find the option to do so, so i uninstalled the whole thing alltogether. I searched for an antivirus software that doesn't have all of its options hidden behind a sleek looking menu but i couldn't find any. So i'm asking people on this forum if they know of a good antivirus that doesn't hide everything and install software behind my back.
  6. So after plugging out the 24pin and plugging it in, it works now. This post is a trainwreck.
  7. I looked around the pc for a bit and found that one of the power supply's pins on the motherboard connector is missing EDIT: i found out that this is normal as i said, this post is a trainwreck
  8. When i press the power button the pc works fine, all the fans start up etc. But the monitor says "no video input" i tried resetting it a couple of times and the most far i have gotten is windows 10 telling me "please wait" and then it resets.
  9. I plugged them in the 3.5 jack thats on the motherboard and not on the case and they work perfectly now. Thanks.
  10. The headphones i have, have been working like they should for some time now, but out of nowhere they started having a really weird problem. The sound that's supposed to come from the left earphone, comes from both earphones. Same thing is going on with the right earphone. I've tried unplugging and plugging it in again but it didn't work. Does anybody know how can i fix this?
  11. nvm i bruteforced it, the passcode was 1235
  12. I dug up my old tablet, its a goclever tab that i got for 40 euros and it has a number passcode on it that i cant remember. Its not connected to the internet and there is no reset password option. Is there a way to remove the passcode or will i have to brute force it?
