  1. Budget (including currency): Mid budget about 900 USD Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I mainly do office work but id like to stream games just for fun old parts> new parts Corsair Cx500 > Corsair Rm650 i3-6100 > ryzen 7 3700x Msi B250m mortar motherboard > msi B550m tomahawk motherboard gskill ripjaws v 8gb > corsair vengeance 16gb (2x8) 3200MHz (I also bought a new case) My old build was by first build for about 4 years ago. I’ve had a friend come over to help me build that pc and handle all the motherboard updates and what not. What is the next sequence of tasks i should do when ive finished swapping the components? thank you very much!
  2. Thanks a lot, i DDUd the softwares, re seated the GPU, booted then the motherboard displayport stopped working, when i plugged it to the GPU displayport, it already gave signal to the monitor. I installed the new drivers and everything is working fine. How did this happen tho? I only have a mild overclock nor had the system unit banged or something for the gpu to be reseated.
  3. So I was gaming when suddenly my screen went black and all the sounds suddenly stopped, i thought it was just a crash but moments after my monitor prompted that it wasnt reading any signal. I hit the restart switch immidiately and still no signal when it was supposed to be at the user login, i got a signal when i unplugged it from the GPU port and plugged it in my motherboard port. I preceded to going back to my game then i noticed that its not utilizing my GPU with all the fps im getting. I closed my game then went to open the AMD settings but it wont open. I checked on dxdiag if it was reading my gpu for the display tab but no, its on intel hd 530 graphics. I havent done anything else from that point on. Any ideas kind sirs on how to go about this problem? and thank you in advance also the gpu leds are still working, not sure about the fan though since i set it to only spin when its on high loads.
  4. Hey guys, I just have a question, its about the Nvidia GTX 1060. I know that nvidia said that they wont be supporting SLI for this card. Does that mean I cant put SLI it or I could put it in but if it breaks down the warranty will be voided? I've seen some benchmarks and apparently the 1060 beats an RX 480 for a bit and for almost the same price so just imagine the power of two 1060s for budget gaming.
  5. Is Crossfire already built-in in a amd rx 480? , for example: i just have to buy the normal rx 480 and then just add another one... Im asking this because im thinking of building a pc and ive seen a lot of reviews that 2 rx 480s crossfire is better than a single gtx 1080... So, is there a specific crossfire card or just buy the one thats on the market then double it?
