  2. Well. I said "PSU may not support that many cables". I actually means that "PSU does not have that many slot for more cables". Thank you anyway.

  4. Actually, the GTX 980 Ti has two 8-pin connector. I would think I should use 8-pin connector. Besides, the power cable connector is actually a 6+2 connector. So, I think use 6 pin or 8 pin does not make any difference.
  5. I have a question. I use Corsair RM850 to power up my PC. For single MSI GTX980 TI 6G, it has two 8-pin power connectors. I searched online, everyone suggest that I connected two slot with two separate cables, and I did. However, if I would like to upgrade my PC to GTX980 Ti SLI, it means I would need 4 separate cables to power up two graphic cards. My PSU may not support that many cables in addition to other parts. I do notice that each cable has two 8-pin connectors, can I power up two GTX 980 with only two cables?
