So i installed the basic version of Visual Composer, It installed a .zip file and then i extracted all. Now im just stuck with a folder full of a bunch of files and cant find how to actually launch the program. Any help please

Randomly, especially when im playing a game, my monitor starts flickering and everything starts feeling more laggy and delayed. This either occurs right as I start playing csgo or just randomly when it feels like it. The flickering itself is not too severe and a little bit tough to notice but using the monitor feels horrible when it is happening. As of now the only solution i have is to restart my PC and I hate it. BTW I have 2 monitors and it only happens on my main 144hz 1440p monitor, Also my drivers for my rx580 are up to date. Does anyone know a fix?

So im planing on buy 2 monitors ran by my rx580 6600k gaming rig both of which would be 1440p. One of which will be 144hz the other being 60hz both 27 inches. Im aware that the 580 cannot achieve 144hz on 1440p and im okay with that (im going with 1440p for future proofing). My question is, would having the secondary monitor (youtube, spotify, discord, etc.) running at 1440p lower my fps? Btw ill be playing at lot of cago at much lower resolutions 4:3 and other games like BF1 and destiny 2 at 1440p hoping to get at least 60. Im not willing to buy a 144hz 1080p monitor as my main monitor but should i consider buying a 1080p secondary monitor in case simply having it run google and stuff at 1440p will lower my frames? Im trying to start a new custom liquid cooled build and have my mind set on a certain color but dont know how to get it done. Im going for a sort of light clear blue-ish like blue listerine. is there any coolant i can buy that looks like that, if not how can i make it with dye?
