The motherboard I have should last me awhile, so I will focus on the new gpu and psu asap. I'm contemplating between a rx 480 8gb or asus 1060 from newegg when they are in stock.

1. Budget & Location 500 us dollars and I live in North America 2. Aim To have a better gaming pc since I usually record and render at least 1 or 2 vids a day. 3. Monitors 1 Monitor, runs 1080p 5. Why are you upgrading? I want a better pc experience so I can game and be able to run most games on high. My current gpu is a nvida 720 and ever since the recent friver update, I knew I need either a rx 480 or gtx 1060. I have yet to decide since I'm new to pc gaming. I know I need another stick of ram, gpu, and maybe a new cpu but since I have a i5-4443 3.1 ghz. I plan to complete my pc upgrades by christmas.
