  1. If this is true it is a spectacular own goal.... Nearly all my GPUs have been AMD, but this is a deal breaker for me... I need HDMI 2.0 for my 4K TV. For those who say it doesn't matter - HDMI is the standard for 4K and 1080p. 99% of device use HDMI from Pi's to Projectors. 99% of 4K tvs support HDMI 1.4 or 2.0 very few have DS. Some people don't care about 8Ms latency. I like having a 50 inch 4K TV as my monitor, and that's that. I may have to buy my first Nvidia card since GeForce 2 which would suck... because they haven't been very consumer friendly for a while. No, its not currently possible. I own a 4K with HDMI 2.0 and it is currently impossible for me to connect a PC to a TV @ 60 Hz without a 9xx series GPU

  3. Hi, I've been watching Linus videos for a few years, and I just unsubscribed today. I want to explain why. I just watched 40 minutes of the Wan show, I've been watching it every week for a while. It was all sponsorship ads, except for a small section on watch dogs. Literally, it ran from ad to ad to ad.............. The show's meant to be about news. It used to have a small section in the middle with the ads, now its like watching the shopping channel. There wasn't a single bit of news (880 prices isn't really news). Seriously, how many sponsors did he mention in 40 minutes including the highlander thing....... It no-longer entertaining or informative, its a cult of personality and an advertising platform (like 85% of it). Anyway, I may be the minority who will leave, I just don't want to see the channel degrade, it was very good and I appreciate the videos.
  4. Thanks, I wasn't exactly being forceful. I just asked to check my channel.
  5. Ok sorry about that//////////// No harm in trying, I just had spare keys to give out.

  7. Hi, Here's my review of the Samson C01U USB Plug and Play. I made a video so you can hear it yourself to see if you like it. At £51.70 :- ITS A NO BRAINER http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samson-CO1U-Studio-Condenser-Microphone/dp/B000PTF0E2 REVIEW - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41tBredYnXk And here's a review of a game I did using the mic :- http://youtu.be/FwOSp8fN-5Q
  8. You can always use one of the following in the UK :- www.scan.co.uk = Really good, cheap, and the only electronic online retailer with a Royal Charter (they supply bits to The Crown). www.overclockers.co.uk = If scan don't have it check here. OCers supply really rare parts as well like 8 GB 290x etc I think the two major UK online retailers are so good I wouldn't bother using Newegg. You'll get your stuff way faster as well. Scan's daily deals can be insane.
  9. I'll feel guilty now if you don't like it ............ At least its cheap
  10. CM Storm Xornet -Budget Gaming Mouse - £16 Got mine off amazon.co.uk Mouse Specs - Optical 2000 dpi (dots per inch) 1000 Hz Polling Rate 7 Buttons - left/right/wheel*3/thumb up/thumb down/DPI up and down *only right handed* Claw grip mouse PICS The Review I've owned a variety of mice, from the extreme to the useless. The mouse I got on best with was the R.A.T 5. I owned it for 4 years and loved it. However, like real rats...... mine died. I decided to get a cheap mouse to tide me over whilst I waited to try some other types to see what I liked, so I went and bought the Xornet just as a temporary measure. This review is based off about three months of daily usage playing popular FPS games. Comfort I really like the shape of the mouse. Its advertised as being designed for professional gamer's with "claw grips". My hands are medium sized (in glove sizes - I know from riding a motorbike!!!). The mouse itself never touches the palm of my hand. My fingers lay flat on it, and I bend them to bring the mouse around. I've been sub-conscientiously watching myself move the mouse, and I actually barely move it..... I really like the way it glides around under my hands, its not at all tiring to use. Reaching all the buttons is no problem. Sensitivity I honestly thought this was going to be an issue with this mouse. My R.A.T 5 was really sensitive - I think it was 5000 dpi. If I'm honest, I never used it on the high settings - it was way to sensitive. 2000 dpi is fine for my usage. I use a 1080p monitor, and I find it very comfortable using the mouse at 2000 dpi all the time. Laser vs Optical Ok, I know what your going to say....... It's not even a laser mouse. Yeap... that's right, it isn't, it's still great though. I no longer care about dpi - I will once I get a 4K monitor. This mouse is great @ £16. All the other expensive mice are a total waste for me - I much prefer this mouse the way it glides around is blissful in comparison to others. The Bad If you're left handed this isn't for you. If you really dislike gripping with a "claw" this isn't for you. If you have 4K it's probably better to get higher DPI. If you pick up the mouse, it shots a blinding beam out at a 45 degree angle... It's really bright.... Final Words I don't think you'll be able to get a mouse for £16 that's anywhere near this good. Super comfortable, accurate and cheap. There's not much else to say really..... Buy this before you go and blow a wad of cash on a fancy mouse...... You'll probably not bother ordering another.
  11. I don't like all of the angles............ It's like the R.A.T series, but with less edges and more straight lines. I think someone at ROG swallowed a Picasso
  12. Yeap.... I can tell you first hand most bikes use way more fuel than Cars, except 50cc -125 and a handful of large singles. An electric sports bike with great performance would be brilliant for me.
  13. Forgetting about Tesla for a moment, and electric cars, maybe we should be thinking of actual using electric motorbikes instead. This is from TT Zero 2014 - Pretty impressive. They're catching up to Petrol bikes fast. It should be a lot cheaper to get batteries for a bike than a car I'm guessing. Anyway, this video is insane 117.366mph average speed over 37.5 miles.
