  1. I had a similar problem with my monitor. My issue was that sometimes it would never fully wake up after being asleep (a common issue I've come to find). It would start but then it would go back to a black screen. I fixed this by power cycling the monitor and it works everytime now. However, it seems that your issue affects both monitors and it is solved with a system restart. This leaves me to suspect that it is your system at fault here. I'd still try unplugging the monitors from power for about 30 seconds first. If that doesnt work, I'd attempt to figure out if it is the display drivers or adapters found in Win10 devices, or the graphics card and/or Nvidia drivers.
  2. I have a mini-itx board so don't have A2 or B2. I beleive that the mobo is the issue as I think this board is of poor quality as I've already had to RMA twice for a replacement. Also, my cpu has not left the socket since its installation so isnt the likelyhood of a bent pin close to none? It's possible that the cpu is defective but given that the same board has already given out twice and I got the original in 2018, I think it's the mobo.
  3. I think that maybe only Channel A is working for me. Both modules will boot with no problem in A1 but neither will boot in B1. I don't know if B1 is broken, or if the mobo only allows boot of 1 module if it is in A1. I attempted to consult the manual but couldn't find a clear answer.
  4. A few weeks ago, I was trying to diagnose some slight performance issues (small frequent freezes) I was having while playing games. I found that only 7.93gb of 16gb of memory was usuable. I tried many possible solutions for several hours and none worked. I then went into the bios and found that both of my sticks were detected, however, single channel memory mode was enabled. I was confused as this was previously not the case. I checked the QVL list as I upgraded my cpu a few months back and wanted to see if my ram was no longer compatible as I went from an apu to a non-apu. I couldnt find my kit on the list so I bought a new supported kit, but I have the same issues as before. Each stick shows up as 8gb (no memory is hardware reserved). I only have the issue when both modules are installed. Specs: Ryzen 5 2600 Asrock Fatal1ty ab350 gaming-itx/ac Old ram kit: g.skill ripjaws 2x8gb 3000mhz new ram: g.skill tridentz rgb 2x8gb 3200mhz AMD RX580 8gb Corsair cx650 Sorry if format sucks, I'm writing this on mobile.
  5. The monitor works. I play my xbox on it every day. Thank you tho. I actually just got it to work. When I was booting with 1 stick, I had it in the wrong slot. It works with 1 stick and still works when I add the other.
  6. I've tried all. The board came as "second gen ryzen ready" and I was using it with no problems besides a regular BSOD after a windows update (another fixed it). I'm so confused as to what caused it as the problem arised randomly when I was doing homework. I was finishing up a hand written draft of an essay when the monitor went to sleep then never fully woke back up. Nvm. Just fixed it
  7. I turn my PC on, it boots fine (I think) but no output gets displayed on my monitor. HDMI with my graphics card or onboard graphics does not work at all. When I use Displayport with my graphics card, the screen will start to wake, then go off. This continues in a loop. During this loop, my monitor will not allow me to access the settings or turn it off. I do not have a chance to see anything on the screen, I cannot even see the bios. Monitor works fine with my xbox. I fixed this problem once when I reseated ram trying to determine if I had a faulty stick or dimm. Worked for 2 days and hasnt since then.
