  1. Finally decided on this build thanks to everyone's feedback here: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Soket AM4 3.6GHz 32MB Cache İşlemci Intel 660p 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD Disk SSDPEKNW010T8X1 Corsair Enthusiast RMx 750W 80+ Gold Full Modüler Power Supply Thermaltake Versa J25 Tempered Pencereli RGB 120mmx3 Fanlı Siyah Mid Tower Gaming Kasa PSU Yok GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE 4000MHz (OC) DDR4 HDMI M.2 ATX AM4 Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL18 CMK16GX4M2Z3600C18 I asked couple places for a price, looks like all this will cost around $1.1k which isnt that far off my original budget with much better quality parts. I'm still using the 980 I have with this which will definitely be the weakest link but I'll upgrade it later maybe after nvidia releases a lineup and 2070S prices drop. I'll post images here after everything arrives and I finish the build If anyones interested. Thanks again for your help.
  2. So I decided to ditch the prebuilt systems and buy parts seperately (since there wasnt that big of a price difference) and I'm trying to pick a PSU I found some alternatives to the RM750x which one would you go with? these are from this lists A tier except seasonic focus plus which is the only 650W full modular one thats available to me. I feel like it might be worth paying the premium to go for corsair tho. 200tl =~ $33 This is the rest of the system: still gotta pick a case ?
  3. Any Ryzen or specifically 3800x or 3600x ? I can get these with 8gb memory and buy 3600mhz seperately to replace.
  4. 2 x CORSAIR 16GB Vengeance LPX Siyah 3000MHz CL16 DDR4 Single Kit Ram 1 x GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE 4000MHz(OC) DDR4 Soket AM4 RGB HDMI PCIe 4.0 ATX Anakart 1 x POWER BOOST VK-G2052S RGB 650W 80+ Tempered Glass USB 3.0 Mid Tower Kasa 1 x AMD Ryzen 7 3800X MPK 3.9GHz 32MB Önbellek 8 Çekirdek AM4 7nm İşlemci This is also prebuilt without the gpu for 5.781tl ($969) I really think this is a great deal I can add my 980 to this @PRTI @AndrewB121?
  5. I can also get something like this prebuilt for 9.700tl ($1,624) should I just go for this instead of trying to get a mediocre system for now? - AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8GHz 32MB Önbellek 6 Çekirdek AM4 7nm İşlemci- GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE 4000MHz(OC) DDR4 Soket AM4 RGB HDMI PCIe 4.0 ATX Anakart- 4 Adet x GSKILL 8GB Ripjaws V Siyah 3200MHz CL16 DDR4 Single Kit Ram- ASUS DUAL GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER EVO OC 8GB GDDR6 256 Bit Ekran Kartı- THERMALTAKE Versa J23 RGB 650W Tempered Glass USB 3.0 Mid Tower Kasa The PSU is included with the case and Ram is 4x8 single kits instead of 1 2x16gb dual kit. I know I'm bending the budget a lot here but I'm really not sure what to do so sorry ?
  6. So turns out the cheap asus prime was also b450 and the asus prime x470 is almost the same price as x570 boards, It's not particularly cheap but what do you think about Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite? There is also this one available ASUS TUF X470-PLUS GAMING 3466MHz(OC) DDR4 Soket AM4 RGB M.2 DVI HDMI ATX
  7. I was considering x570 chipset for futureproofing and I'm willing to pay extra for a good MB but I'm not sure if x570 is worth it. asus-prime-x470 is also available for very cheap for me
  8. RM650 isn't available for me so I have to go 750 or something else
  9. I'm definitely not overclocking and 3600x is $50 more than 3600 so I can go with 3200mhz memory and ryzen 5 3600x for the same price of 3600mhz memory and ryzen 5 3600
  10. I am waiting for sales on these parts I plan on buying them one by one. I just wanna make sure I have a good baseline of parts to look for sales. I don't really have a MB preference so If there are more expensive MBs without this Issue I could go for those.
  11. I currently have 24gb ram and use around 16 of it while gaming/streaming with many background apps so I didn't really wanna go down to 16gb. I could go for 3600x if I downgrade the ram to 3200 tho.
  12. Yea I haven't really used the prices listed on ppp but they are usually like 10-20$ cheaper than my local prices. The total I gave 900$ is from using local prices converted to dollars. I don't really want to mess around with bios would going for a better MB solve this issue?
  13. Hi, I'm thinking of building a new system using the gtx980 in my current one and using my old system as a home server (plex ,sonarr, radarr, game dedicated servers...). I want suggestions on the Upgraded build, currently It costs me around 900$ local price (5.377 Turkish Lira) which is also my max budget. I wanna know If I can go cheaper without sacrificing much performance or If there are better options for this price point. I want the final build to be easy to clean and work with, look nice, be silent(at least not louder than the 980 I already have ?) and perform well. I plan on doing 1080p gaming and 1080p60fps streaming with this machine. I'll also be working as a web developer on the same machine If this makes any difference. This is what I have currently: This my Upgraded build: PCPartPicker Part List CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Best Buy) Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($74.98 @ Amazon) Memory: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory ($179.99 @ Amazon) Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (Purchased For $0.00) Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($114.99 @ Newegg) Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 980 4 GB Twin Frozr Video Card (Purchased For $0.00) Case: Thermaltake Versa J25 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case ($79.98 @ Amazon) Power Supply: Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($109.99 @ Best Buy) Total: $749.92 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-01-03 13:10 EST-0500 And This is what I'll have left for the server: CPU: I choose ryzen 5 3600 over ryzen 5 3600X because I don't really overclock (still have my 2600k at factory clock) PSU: I'm pretty sure the powersupply is overkill but I want a Fully Modular one and they all start at 650W, I heard a lot of good things about Corsair RM series so thats why I went with this one. RAM: For ram there is also this kit available for 50$ cheaper but I don't know how much of a difference ram speed makes. Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($129.99 @ Amazon) CASE: For Case I pretty much chose the cheapest one available from a brand I knew. There are also cases available from brands like GAMEBOOSTER or POWERBOOST for much cheaper but I didn't wanna risk it. GPU: I'm sticking to the 980 for the time being but I'm thinking of upgrading to a 2070super later. Suggestions on any part is appreciated, It'd be better to have multiple options for parts if possible because not everything is available in Turkey unfortunately? I'll check for availability and come back to you as soon as possible. Thanks in advance! Yunus.
  14. so just to make sure I should be fine with installing these on the blue slots while I have 2xthese on the black slots?
  15. Yea I'm starting to think to upgrade my ram is a better way. Didn't know I could use a different kit on a separate channel. I might go for 2x8gb and remove the 2x4 later if I start having problems
