Ok, so just driver problems.

so yesterday youtube suddenly at the beginning of videos has some black pixel errors or something on the top of the video. i tried to turn off the overclock but it didn't fix it. resetting pc didn't. and there is nothing i can find about this. Thanks.

well i have turned off my antivirus and trying to install it alredy and i am not not a protected server or anything, i am administrator on this pc

Ok, so i have been having trouble with drivers for the last couple of days and i cant seem to be able to install any driver. its not just the display driver its every single one of them, i was able to deinstall everything driver related but i still cant install any. Thanks

okay my clock speeds are now normal but i dont know what i did and how long it will be good but i saw pagefile usage is almost max and i dont know what it does or if its good thats it is maxing out but. when i was testing if the clock speeds are correct i tested bf4 and i got a lot of lag spikes and i looked at afterburner and the gpu usage was dipping and rising wich resulted in very choppy gameplay

Am i blind i just cant find the extract bios button :\ or is it save to file?

well it has been happening for like a week now and obiously ive rebooted and ive updated drivers multible times this week but i will try gpuz

I have encountered a problem with my 750 ti. atleast i think its a problem, because it has been maxing and not going over 405 core clock when it was like a month ago around 1200 clock. i dont know what to do anymore and i hope some of you know the issue. Thanks.
