  1. Well, as this "new" rig is meant to replace my Dell inspiron with an i7- 5500u, would a gtx 560 be ok?
  2. It's meant for use everyday, and for gaming when I have the chance.
  3. (off topic) I was typing a very detailed plan for my first build, I wasn't logged in, I lost all that... so here is a spec list of the for sure parts: Already bought Xeon x5460 (lga 771) $18 (inc. adapter sticker) ASrock G31 m-s Rev. 1.01 (lga 775) $38 4 GB ddr2 800 2*2 sticks $17 Western Digital 500gb sata hdd free Planning to buy Cooler master Hyper T4 tube of Arctic Silver 5 Grey Area (required as well) 500+watt psu Used gpu (equivalent to gtx 750 ti and/or more powerful, needs to cost less than $60) I would like to use an older laptop monitor with a lcd converter or my 32'' inch display I also need a cheap keyboard I don't want a case (diy solution?), and I will be performing the lga 771 to 775 mod. I want to use this computer rig for a mixture of everyday and gaming sessions. I wont be playing the very laatest games, but I will want to play Skyrim on High, Assetto Corsa on medium, and dirt rally on medium-High. I will also need some help on WiFi and setting up everything, especially the mother board... If model numbers are asked for, I will happily give them. What do you guys think? What should I get for the gpu? and the psu?? I was thinking to get a gtx 670, or a 560... (used, obviously)
