  2. Huh, well is the only difference between this and say the 950, that this has a bit more future proofing?

  6. My current card is terrible that cannot run DS3 at all, so I'm looking to you guys for your opinion. I have three picked out, but I'm wondering if they will be any good for what I'm looking for. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp43753kr http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx950m2gd5 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA7RD3G06170&cm_re=r7-_-14-127-884-_-Product What do you guys think of these choices?
  7. I was pretty sure the kingston is ECC ram, whoops.
  8. Well I was going to run the FreeNAS off a usb which runs of ram and you need 1GB Of ram for eac terabyte of data.
  9. The server will be used to backup apple & windows computers and using it for Plex to streaming movies that are 1080p. Maybe 1-2 transcodes happening at a time. I was hoping to use FreeNAS so I can use zfs mirror the storage for backups of those backups which would only be able to use 6TB of the 12TB installed. 11. My Setup currently is noisy af but i still don't mind the fans due to me always having a headset on and listening to something.
  12. here is mine <3 I can't wait for my upgrade around the end of the month
  13. Hello I have been looking for a PC Config guide.. kinda like a thing that once the computer posts that etc software is downloaded / these tests are done to make sure x thing is working / stress tests etc etc just looking for a video that shows an in-depth guide on what you should do after you've built your computer so that it runs correctly. any links? i looked within the catalog but didn't see any.
  14. Yes, the colors are indeed amazing <3 I sort of took his build but put my own twist into it. The reason i said the budget was 3000$ for you guys is because I know you guys will try and get every dime out of it, but the real budget was 3500$ i just set aside 500$ for myself to buy fans and any custom parts that i wanted.
