Forgot what it was it isn't written on the cpu and forgot to check before I replace it only 1 core in the list, I'll uncheck it and restart to see if it does anything

In cpu-z it shows the 2670QM. Don't know if others laptops use it I saw that it fits the socket so I installed it. The laptop is Samsung NP300E5Z

Had an i7-2670QM lying around and decided to replace my old samsung laptop celeron cpu with it. I replaced it and booted and checked cpu-z and it says I have 1 core and 1 thread. The 2670QM should have 4 cores 8 threads. Whats the problem here did I install the cpu in a wrong way or something?

When I launch a game I alt esc and see then the network disconnected and reconnects after a couple of seconds. I'll try to test in on ethernet and see how it goes.

That fixed the problem got some prolink splitters and they did their magic?

My phone doesnt connect to the modem

I am using a Msi Gs60 6qe that has a killer 1525 wireless adapter and a killer e2400 ethernet adapter operating on windows 10. When I open Heroes of the storm/Overwatch/Pubg/... it disconnects me from wifi. I tried my mobile hotspot and everything worked. How can I fix this? ( I think I posted in wrong section can a mod move it to troubleshooting)

My phone and modem are in different rooms does it make a difference if I put a splitter? Should I put 1 splitter for the modem and 1 for the phone in this case?

Hello, I have a dsl internet connection and just recently discovered that if I remove my Telephone from the wall and turn on my modem I get the speed I am supposed to get, but when I plug my phone in the speed drops down alot. What is the problem here and how can I fix this.
