Ok, the VRAM usage in The Long Dark was ~1200MB at any given time. Subnautica was ~1900MB.

Nope, all components are brand new. I'll check my VRAM usage and report back.

Any idea why I'm getting pretty bad performance? None of my hardware is being fully utilised.

Hey, I just completed a build recently, and decided to buy a few games from my Steam wishlist to test it out. I've not been able to maintain 60FPS in either Subnautica, or The Long Dark. I've noticed my GPU isn't being fully utilised, usually hovering below ~50%.
