So on my hp spectre laptop when I enable "fan always on" in this bios it actually just does the opposite and turns off my fan completely. This makes zero sense to me why it's doing this.

Hello so I recently just got an HP Spectre x360 2019 and for some reason doing the smallest tasks like just browsing the web or just watching a simple video makes my fan so loud. Is this normal? and what can I possibly do to help this if not?

So I have a pair of hyperx headphones and I use a razer blade 15 laptop and it seems the only way I can use my headphone mic is if I go wireless on the headset. Is there a way that I could use the microphone when my headset is wired, with just the one cord that connects to the only port on the laptop or not because my friend was saying he was able to do that with his headset and I cant figure out how.
