I know there is more to it than that, hence the "or anything else that comes to mind", but thank you for your help! Also, I should've specified better, 600 is for the tower only.

This is quite a tall order, and I'd imagine many of you if any of you do not have the time to spare for this, which is 100% okay. I trust you all much more than myself. I only need help with the components, from the case to the CPU. I can surely handle the peripherals myself. I've been wanting to build a rig for 2 years, but high end tech constantly changes, older tech becomes cheaper, etc. I trust this forum much more than myself to help me pick out the parts of a $600 PC. It's nothing spectacular, I just want something to get the job done. I'm only planning at displaying at 1080p. This build is for playing games pretty much exclusively, so I want a large emphasis on graphical power. Well, as much graphical power I can put into a budget build. I don't need any one person giving me an entire build or anything, but if you have any GPUs, CPUs, Motherboards, Cases, or anything else in mind, I would greatly appreciate if you gave your 2 cents on this PC. Thank you!
