So, i was going to be purchacing a 3900X as my system is having stability issues (god knows whats wrong with it) This was going to be a full upgrade replacing everything but the gpu and some of my hard drives. With the current stock issues ive not been able to find a single 3900X from any retailer speaking to people no one can give me a date as to when they will be available for purchace (if you have that information that would be awsome) so naturally im looking at the 9900K, is it worth waiting for the 3900X? what are the common issues with the 9900K? ive been out of keeping up to date with every thing for a while now, roughly 2 ish years (news and such) so is there anything i should know about either cpu that could be a deal breaker? Hi, ive been thinking about playing around with a server for media storage and a couple of game servers. looking around i can see allot of conflicting answers for the type of server i should be going for (like it says in the title im looking for a 1U server) essentially, if you have expierience with buying a cheap server id like to know roughly the price, how its doing for you and if you have any suggestions as to what i should be looking for.

Hi, im looking for a possible way to make 2 buttons on my controller to be pressed at the same time (or close to the same time) for example i press B and A + B were registered as being pressed. i am on pc not console for those wondering

i mean sure that would cause it to turn off sure though it was just hanging in a sense id have to force it off, if a short happens the pc will turn off to protect itself not hang atleast in theory. though it doesn't explain that i can leave the pc on overnight running a stress test and have no issues

yes it will work. though that cpu will kill the 2080 in terms of performance using this site : https://thebottlenecker.com/calculator your cpu is going to be bottlenecking your gpu by 40% if you haven't got the 2080 yet id advise going for something lower end and a better cpu to have a more balanced approach

so i've had an issue with my pc that i haven't been able to solve for about 1 year now, my pc would randomly crash while playing games, normal workloads it'd be fine in same with benchmarks. That lead me to replace almost every part in my pc. then one day i decided for an aesthetic upgrade to add some new fans, my old ones weren't bad or anything they were just a bit plane. since i did that the crashing issue has completely gone. some of you may think it was a temp issue though my fans were functioning and temps never went above 60c temps haven't really changed much (adjusting for the colder weather) i'm not really looking for an answer, though if you have one that'd be great I'm just curious as to how a fan or fans could completely lock my pc (while playing a game it would freese on the last frame it output to my monitor and same with the sound, having to hard reset my pc by holding the power button as no other input would work)

Hi so my dad passed away and he was a huge PC gamer and I've been able to know what GPUs he has had throughout the years but this one has me stumped. There's no box (I found it in a geforce 8800 gets oc from bfg) There's no stickers on it to help me out other than "warranty void if removed"

Hi, im looking for a good tripple monitor stand that will support an ultrawide, support another monitor on top of it and on the left side. Ive been looking on amazon and i can't see one that has this functionality though i dont know what i could do with a normal tripple monitor arm and just having the one on the right above it if that is an option. any ideas?
