  1. Watched one of Linus's old videos back in February http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1dN4aN6vS0 not sure if these numbers are still relevant but in his video 660 ti sli seems to get 40+ with aa and thats at 1600p but i don't think theres a huge performance hit between 1600p and 1440p based on this video it seems like 660 ti sli will run 1440p great with no AA easily getting 50-60+fps
  2. Been looking to buy a new monitor for quite some time, not really happy with my asus 23inch 1080p 60hz monitor. I have been looking at the Asus 27inch 2560x1440p monitor what are your guys' comments on this monitor? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236294 I really want either a 1440p or 1600p monitor if there are any really good ones out there for 600$ or less that aren't sketchy brands let me know. Also I am worried if my current gpu setup - gtx 660 ti x 2 sli won't be able to run at max settings no AA and still get above 50+fps? Currently i get 80+fps @ 1080p 4-8x AA Are 2560x1440/1600p monitors that all that much greater than 1080p monitors? b/c i have been hearing a lot of hype about higher resolution displays - esp 4k - Also the 2 660 ti's i have are the 2gb versions and while playing BF4 currently they use 1.8GB of vram on max settings and with resolution scale set to 150-200% they use all 2gb of vram according to gpuz and i get 40-55fps but a really laggy 40-55fps, hard to explain but i think it has to do with not enough vram - any answers or opinions on this?
  3. Im not to worried about how it looked in my computer. The last time I saw what my computer looked like was when I assembled it, it just sits in my closet.
  4. I am not 100% sure if you can do this, I would greatly appreciate any information has to throw in. I currently own an MSI GTX 660ti PE card and I want to buy an Asus gtx 660ti card and SLI them, will this work? also I noticed that the dimensions of the Asus aren't exactly the same with the MSI one I currently have. 10.43" x 4.45" x 1.5" for the MSI; and 10.7" x 5.4" x 1.7" for the Asus card. Will these dimensions effect or fit together into a normal setup?
  5. Every game I happen to run on my msi gtx 660ti pe with the overclock I have set 1254.2mhz core, 1800mhz memory has worked with every game since day one of setting the overclock values. Now I did run across some clocks that would work as high as 1306mhz in furmark for 24 hour stress test runs, but in certain games it would crash, so i just set it back 50mhz and it hasn't crashed since. My memory also worked at 1900mhz on half the games I play, the other half I experienced artifacting so I set it back 100mhz. I only spent one long day (5-7hours) tweaking and fine tuning and ever since that day the card has worked perfectly.
  6. I purchased my msi gtx 660ti pe withing 2 weeks of it coming out, loved it since day one. After I had found out about overclocking 3 months after purchase I began doing that and ever since I have left my card at 1254.2mhz core, 1800.9mhz memory and the temps are perfectly fine (59-65c) so I have never touched it ever since and now I am thinking about buying another but I heard msi has stopped making the version I bought. I am not sure about this but I have been hearing a lot of rumors going around that nvidia busted msi for this and as a result have stopped producing the 660ti pe/ with its triple over-voltage features.
