thanks i was tryin to find the part and set the price lol it is done and pretty http://pcpartpicker.com/list/qcYpgL it was mentioned that i may not need a cpu cooler for a xeon but im not entirely sure thoughts? i would rather pay 25 than be sorry you know and how do you know what fan rpm you need

i went for the 2tb thanks how can i put the rx 480 in the pc part picker list when its not there like adding basic text and my own price until it comes out you know this http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2194406/fan-cpu.html leads me to believe i need a cpu cooler and i dont reallly mind spending 25 on a fan even if it only slightly helps

im not sure how to burn win10 into a usb like that would my way work since i understand it?

what ive gotten down so far http://pcpartpicker.com/list/wLhnQV with that xeon do i need to worry about it? i know i need an optical drive to install windows but can i just not completley put together my case until that is done and be done with the optical drive for the case?

I would like to record my own games for later inspection. I know thats not streaming but i sorta figured its close and i7 is what i saw reccomended for streamers but if i dont need it thats cool would i need it for recording my own games? At this point I know ive done pretty much everything wrong what would you recommend for less than 1300(with monitor) for my needs you guys seem way more qualified than me.
