Hi, I have got a new GPU, I went from a 1080 to a ti and I'm getting some stutter and tearing on CS but none in GTA V or Tomb Raider. I understand that I get it in cs as the fps is about 250, I've turned Vsync off (way too much input lag if on) Gsync is On for windowed and full screen. Ive attached SC of my CS settings and nvidia control panel settings. Anyone know if any of the setting i currently have are causing this or is there something else i can do to fix this. Thanks. I have tried to disable screen scaling for steam, as on my monitor the text looks blurry. Windows is set to 125% and I've gone into steam.exe > properties > compatibility > and I've ticked "disable override high dpi scaling". I've done this for system, application and system (enhanced). But steam is still scaling to 125%. I have done the same for Spotify and it runs at 100% scaling when windows is set to 125%, as the programme ignores it. Anyone have any idea what else i could try. I need one that is a 2.0a/b to do 4k @ 60 and on the UK amazon there aren't any. Some say they're 2.0 but when you read some reviews people say they dont work for 4k 60

I have a secondary drive for my games and the usage is at 0 when I boot my pc. The only thing on the drive is my games. When i open steam the usage goes up tp 100% and none of the game from my library load. I think the HDD just spins up to 100% when i go to access anything from it and nothing on it can be read when it just gets stuck on 100%. Any ideas how to fix this or what the problem may be?

Personally, I would go with a WD 1TB 7200RPM and you only need 2 fans. Just one set for the corsair fans will be plenty for that system.
