  1. Just listed to the 09/02/2022. Linus wears Darn Tough socks. https://darntough.com/
  2. I may be getting a docking station for work and I would like to use my own monitors with their computer. I have never used a docking station before and I am not familiar with them. The only thing is that my home system is for gaming and I would like for the dock to support G-Sync and high refresh rates (165Hz) for my main monitor for gaming. The second monitor does not support G-Sync and while it can run high refresh rates (144) I do not require it. My System: CPU Intel i5-8600k 16 GB of ram Nvidia 3070 1st Monitor - ASUS ROG Swift PG278QR 27” G-SYNC Gaming Monitor 165Hz 1440p - main monitor that I want the high refresh rates and G-Sync. 2nd Monitor - ASUS VG248QE 24" Full HD 1920x1080 144Hz - Secondary monitor that is not necessary to run at high refresh rates.
  3. Thanks Thanks for the recommendation. The reason why I ask is that I know he talked about it on a LAN show. I figure anyone who wears socks with sandals in Canada in the middle of winter knows what brands makes good socks.
  4. I am having problems buying a good pair of socks. I have bought a number of different pairs on Amazon and I feel that they get holes within 10 washes. I am looking for basic white crew socks with extra padding on the soles. I do wear the socks with slippers when I am in the house. e
  5. Thanks for the response. I should if been more clear, my sister needs a headset with a mic for meetings. Music is secondary and she may use other headphones for that.
  6. I am looking for a comfortable headset (headphones and mic) that my sister can use for work. They must be around $50 USD USB Require no additional software since they are going to be plugged into a work computer comfortable for long periods of time. sit around the ear not on the ear. The headset is going to be for be for zoom meetings and maybe steaming music but since she is going to be on long meetings they will need to be comfortable.
  7. My sister is looking to do a podcast and she would like to get a computer that will fit her needs. She is probably going to go with a laptop but I wanted to come up with a system just for comparison. My goal for this system was for it be as quiet as possible. She will not be gaming on this at all so I just wanted to get something without any fans. It will be good enough as long as it can stream Neflix and You Tube at 1080p. 8. I saw an ad for the SideTrack before one your videos and it seems like a good idea. It is a second monitor for your laptop. It connects to the back of your laptop with magnets and slides out on rails when you need a second monitor screen. The only cord that is needed is a USB cable. The screen is 12.5" with 1920x1080 resolution. It works with Windows, Mac and Chrome. It seems pretty interesting
  9. Could it be a heat issue? If it is a desktop have you dusted it recently. How old it the video card?
  10. I am currently using the Scimitar now and I like it. The problem is that mine the buttons have worn out and is not consistent with actuation. I am going to pick up another Scimitar but I was waiting to see if there was a refresh. Currently, the Scimitar is on sale everywhere so I thought an update was coming.
  11. I am looking to get a new mouse with 10 buttons on the side for MMOs. I was wondering if Corsair is releasing a new MMO mouse this year? I have seen the coverage on their other mice like the Harpoon but haven't seen anything I am looking for. Should I assume that Corsair has announced everything that they were going announce and go ahead and make my decision. I am not interested in another brand because I like to use Corsair's software for my other peripherals and don't want to install anything else.
  12. Thanks, that will do the trick but the price is a little high at $19.00 USD. I want to get that panel but it isn't that pressing. I can hold off. I am just surprised I can't find anything that works with s type c port.
  13. I am trying a USB hub that I can put into one of my case's bays. The problem is that all of my internal USB headers are being used except for the USB 3.1 type c. I am having problems finding anything that uses that header. My motherboard is a GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming.
  14. I am looking for suggestions for a new computer chair. I was able to turn my change into an Amazon gift certificate and I have just under $300.00 USD. I am 5'11'' and 270lbs. I am a gamer and I do sit at my chair for long periods of time so I would like some comfortable and can hold my weight. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
  15. I uninstalled the G-Force Experience and restarted my computer and that solved the issue. Thank you for your assistance.
