  1. Thanks again! I will try this one out.
  2. I'm new to this, so this should be plug & play? I might have to install some software but all ineed to do it plug the usb in and the headphones + mic in front right?
  3. Thank you! So this one should be good? Also appreciate the link to Norwegian prices!
  4. Doesn't need to be insanely expensive, but I live in Norway so things tend to cost 2-3x more here.. This seems like an cheap option: https://antlionaudio.com/collections/accessories/products/antlion-audio-usb-adapter However, i don't know how good it is.
  5. Since im not familiar with DAC's and AMP's im wondering if there is any good USB versions that supports both 3.5 Mic and headset? I got a Beyerdynamic DT990 250 ohm headset with a modmic 5.0. Reason why i want it to support a mic is because my 3.5mm mic input on my computer seems a bit "loose" and causes a bad connection to the PC and if i unplug it i spend a solid 10-15minutes turning the plug around and pushing it in to make the mic work. I figured i might aswell get a DAC/AMP for both and ive been looking into soundcards but the cables wont reach behind my PC without causing strain on the cable and the headset gets really "heavy" as it drags towards the back of the PC. I have been looking through the stickies but it seems that these are for headphones only and doesn't have USB connection. If it doesnt have USB connection, how do i connect it to my PC? I got a pretty expensive motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Formula, S-1151 Which has the following supported audio: DTS Connect, High Definition Audio
  6. So this works even if you're not streaming?
  7. Hello, I bought an AT2020 USB version, and from all the reviews and stuff ive watched this mic sounds good. However, for me it doesnt.. I got a mic arm and a popfilter, but i just cant seem to figure out how to make it less noisy.. Every time I listen to it through the audio settings on the PC it is loud as f***... And i can't seem to find a good position for it without it blocking my screen when i play games ect. Any ideal ways to configure this to sound better and have more controll over how loud it is? I got a mechanical keyboard which just is annoying for the people im talking too. Thanks.
  8. Thank you very much for the quick replies, i'll look into those. However, do you recommend the AT2020 usb+, compared to other usb mics? It seems really good, looked into lots of reviews.
  9. Just overall good sound, i like bassy music but not overkill on the bass. Would be used for gaming aswell, so I don't really know what is best when it comes to open and closed headphones. I prefer closed cause im not used to hearing stuff while I have a headset on.
  10. I don't have any intention to spend that much, a usb version should be good enough and the sound is really good.
  11. Around same price as the mic, which is $180 for me.
  12. Should I invest in an Audio Technica USB+ mic? I always liked the idea of an external mic, mainly gonna be used for communication, skype, ts etc. Maybe streaming in the future. If I was to buy the mic, what headset is recommended? Or should I just go for a gaming headset? I like to have quality sound, but again the headset can't be much more expensive than the mic, around the same price.
