i did reset it,like 4 times now,the IP address wont go back,and i still cant access the new IP address.held the reset button for 30 sec,even tried 1 mininute,and it wont go back

My routers IP default gateway suddenly change,unlike the old address i cant access this one.It always say "site cant be reached" ive tried trouble shooting it and still same results.I also tried resetting my router,and nothings change,i cant find my default wifi password,im using a KingType router model ES27 4F,i have a cable so i can access the internet,but my laptops and other devices cant cause we dont know the default wifi password,please help me guys!!

Hi Guys,i'm kinda still learning how does a bottleneck work and just followed a youtube instructions on how to know whats bottle necking my PC.I downloaded HW64 and RTSS to see which bottlenecks my PC,and turned out both my GPU and CPU usage is above 90 percent,any tips?or should i change both components?
