how do u get windows 8 for free

I have a question whats the difference between using an apu instead of a cpu and a gpu any disadvantages? any pros? and if you use an apu do u recommend getting a separate graphics card

Im looking to build a Canadian Build for $400-$500 I am going to do some video editing but mostly gaming I need a Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor and OS Mouse and keyboard dont have to be mechanical. Only going to be using 1 monitor and would want Windows 8 I really prefer performance over graphics but if you could get something tht could do equally as good with performance and graphics then that would be good Looking for Micro ATX Form Factor and Im looking to get a computer because i game on a laptop and Xbox 360 as well as video edit I need something more powerful than a xbox 360 for gaming and i need something more powerful to video edit Comments are welcomed! hmmmm then can i get something like a $500-$600 pc (just the computer) and you guys can factor in the OS, Mouse, Keyboard and Monitor separate So the actual PC would be $500-$600 while the peripherals can be an additional $100-$200 or something
