i use xcode in a core 2 duo mac mini with 6GB ram at office and it lags way too much, i have a windows laptop and thinking about getting an old macbook pro 2013, it's 2017 in one month. so should i go for it or should i save for a new macbook in which i can't even upgrade things !

i just bought a kingston 120 gb ssd for my hp 8460p and in hd tune pro its showing an error about downshift count and the write speed is not like what it should be although boot time has reduced significantly. is that some kind of an error in the laptop, updating bios or should i get the ssd replaced ?? thanx :')

yes i am learning and i know that i can run text editors even on raspberry pi but its the android studio and other ides that lag on my old i5 laptop when i run the emulator so i just want to run them smoothly when working nothing much and if i should go for i5 non-k processor that is almost rupees 5K more(around $80) and what is the difference between i5 6400/6500/6600 ?? thanx

trying to choose pc parts for a programming pc(medium gaming), what should i get an i3 6100 + gigabyte B150 + gtx 750 ti + 8 gb or if i try i5 it will be without a graphic card(budget :3)
