Also see the cpu frequency in Asus Ai Suite 3, which is showing 665.2 watts!!! once it showed above 800watts but I could not take screen shot at that time, this happens during normal activity like browsing, multi tasking etc, I have not even installed heavy games yet and I dont understand whats happening with this processor

Recently I build a new skylake based pc but ever since I am facing a issue with cpu temperature, when I monitor the temps via asus ai suite 3 or aida64 or nzxt cam software the temperature rises/fluctuates/spikes randomly like from when loading 33degree it shows 46degree or 54 degree and 70 degree and same way it when load starts decreasing it goes from 70 or say 60 to 47, 33 etc. Is this normal behaviour of core i7 6700k cpu. during idle it shows 28, 33, 38, 32, 28 etc. Previously I had core i5 2400 cpu and the temps used to increase in steps like 32, 33, 34, 35 and hence this question. I tried replacing the thermal paste twice but fluctuation is still there.
