  1. I don't wanna overclock yet, i just want everything on stock speed
  2. Is this suppose to be 1.38V when at 3.9GHz stock speed? But as i said i never touched the bios setting, i'm going to soon. If it wasn't on auto should i change it to auto?
  3. I build this pc few days ago and now i realize that my CPU when at 100% the voltage goes around 1.38V (3.9GHz) isn't this too much? I'm newbie to overclocking and this stuff, but i heard when you overclock don't push it beyond 1.3V also i never touched the BIOS setting.
  4. You can see it at max 3.85GHz which is not overclocked. This is the intel 5 Skylake K version
  5. Should i replace it with a Corsair Hydro Series H115i ?
  6. The rattling noise comes from the pump only when the pump RPM below 2500, so i'm forced to set it to 3000RPM to avoid the noise. I build this PC 2 days ago. But i may return this pump, which one should i buy then? Would recommend me to RMA this cooler? Or should i keep it?
  7. I've been having issues with my Kraken x61, like bios error, rattling noise when the pump speed below 2500 etc... I did a strees test for my CPU and my temperature went upp to 60-63 C with 75% fans speed, is this safe? Has anyone got lower temprature than this, if so what CPU and cooler are you using? Should i RMA my Kraken X61?
  8. Hi all, yesterday i build my new pc and when i powered it up i got this error: CPU fan speed error detected. Ensure that the CPU fan is properly installed (which is) on the CPU_Fan header or adjust/disable the fan speed Low limit option the UEFI bios. I fixed this error by going to the bios and ignoring the fan speed. Now the real problem is the pump noise, as soon i installed the CAM software it became even worst, i even put it on quiet mode and no matter what i do even when the cpu at 0% use, the pump is always on 1900-2000RPM. Now i unistalled the software and the pump noise back to normal but you can still hear it and can be little loud. I used Prime95 to stress test my CPU but the Fans and Pump speed didn't even go higher it keept on the same RPM. Is this how it's suppose to be? Is it necessary to install CAM and deal with 2000 RPM pump noise even when the CPU at 0% usage? Should i RMA?, i got it 2 days ago. You can see my CPU temprature around 49 C (with out the CAM software) Here is how it sound like (this is the quiest i heard so far, CPU only at 5% usage) I will be grateful for any tips.
  9. Yes as you can see, but there is one more CPU pin under the pump, maybe this one that i should've used?
  10. Hi, today i finished bulding my first water cooler gaming PC. When i started it this error showed up and i have no idea why and where is the error is coming from. I double checked my CPU fan header and it was top of the processor where it should be. But in the bios it tells me adjust/disable the fan speed low limit but why? Is there any other way to do it? Also i checked for the CPU tempratur and it was around 22-23 C which mean the cooler is working. Also when i turn off my PC the LED on the pump still on until i unplugg the power cable... Is it because i haven't installed any drivers yet? I really want it to turn off when my PC in sleep or completely off. Motherboard: Asus z170-a Cooler: NZXT Kraken X61 PSU: Corsar RM-850x Processor: Intel i5 6600k Corsair 16 GB 3000MHz RAM I will appreciate any help - Thank you!
  11. If you only gaming get Intel i5 6600k then overclock it and save 100$ on better GPU just like i did But if you have the money defintely go for Intel i7 6700k as you can barely tell the different between them when it comes to gaming.
  12. I'm getting this chassi and water cooler in few days, how good is this combo? I really care about the look but i feel like mounting the radiator on top looks really bad and to top it off it doesn't have a dust filter either. So i was thinking if i should mount it on the front where the magnetic filter is located? Also i don't want to add fans to the top, i want it clean as possible, will this increase the heat in my chassi or should i stick with the original plan and just mount it on the top leaving 3 fans on the front? Also i was planning to replace the original water cooler fans with Corsair Air Series SP140 but is it worth?
  13. I made one mistake in my life and it was buying Toshiba q300 SSD it runs slower than my HDD. Go for Samsung Evo they are really a trust and good company.
  14. Yes, the operating system should be installed on your SSD. It will not speed up your other harddrives or software that is not insalled on the SSD. Things like movies, games should be on your HDD. Install the software on your SSD that takes long time to open or the one you mostly will use like a web browser, Microsoft World etc...
  15. It is not necessary, i've been updating my drivers without uninstalling them for years.
  16. No problem, you more than welcome.
  17. I had the same problem once and it got fixed when i contacted my ISP and explained to them the situation. You may need to contact your ISP as well. I'm sorry that i couldn't help you, there is alot of reasons that cause this problem and i can't tell you by guessing.
  18. If your fans has 3 pin and your motherboard support fan controlling then you can use software to controll it also check your bios if you can change it from there, if it is on auto then i would leave but you can always use manually.
  19. Your CPU is really powerful enough to run these cards in SLI, you should not have any issues. I was planning to go SLI 1070 or 1080 myself, and i only have 6600k non O/C.
  20. Is it your internet or just the WIfi signal? If your internet getting DC then you should call your ISP and if the router then you may need to check the settings, it may reset itself every 1 hour. If none of that was the problem then it may be the device you are using, i mean your pc or smartphone. What is your router modell number?
  21. They should run between 300~1500 RPM, usually goes full speed when putting too much work on your PC, like gaming. But if you feel your PC is getting hot and it still runs 300RPM then you should do some research.
  22. I just went to the store and picked RM850x for the same price for G2 750w, was it worth? Because everyone seem to be EVGA fan and telling me to get Evga G2 instead of Corsair RMx serie. Is Corsair RMx serie really that bad? I upgraded it from my new CX600.
  23. What chassi are you using for your new build?
  24. I wouldn't recommend the stock cooler, you already paid around 340$ for the CPU might as well pay 30$ for the Cooler Master Hyper 212, it's really good cooler and quite.
