Muffin-Button

I have been noticing frame drops on Rocket League and overall performance issues with my PC in the past few weeks. However, as nothing serious, just annoying, I mostly ignored it. However, recently, I looked over after being bothered by these and realized that my radiator fans were not spinning. I have no idea why (yes they are plugged in and have been since I bought the radiator). If anyone has any ideas that would be great. I have the Corsair H105.

Welp it was my GPU. So now I have to use i5 4690k graphics until Christmas.

No sound. I'll try using a different PSU and removing different parts.

No bios screen and it's not even turning on for a second, just LEDs and fans turn on and then immediately turn off.

It did the same thing, just flashed for a second and turned off.

I went afk while running realm of the mad God(if that's important), and when I come back my PC won't turn on. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it will sometimes turn on for a split second and turn back off. I don't know what the problem is.

My pc is running very slowly, i ran malwarebytes, removed 300 items, didnt help, nothing out of ordinary in task manager, so i reset the cmos battery on the mobo, and it was running fine again. I left my pc for a minute after that, came back and it was slow again

Recently my pc has just started running very slowly, taking a long time to open things, getting into fullscreen, and is dropping so many frames on ROTMG its not even funny.
