  1. Alright, will do. I guess I have some minor redesigning to do. uh.. no biggie man.. appreciate the inputs on both the filter thing and the smoking ordeal..
  2. I actually plan on building my own case.. with acrylic and some pieces of wood(maybe go the metal route).. I did try to switch to vape and I didn't end up liking it.
  3. Hi, Okay, so I'm about to embark on a DIY pc case build. I nearly have everything planned out down to the number of screws I'm gonna use. I just have a quick question regarding dust filters. Since I'm gonna place the case on top of a desk, are fan filter necessary? Please take note that I'm a smoker and that made me question the filter thing a bit.
  4. Hi! okay so I'm about to undertake a DIY case project (just for the experience) and I was thinking of a sort-of dual chamber design. I was just wondering if cooling the HDD is necessary. As I've looked at the Corsair Air 240 and up, they don't have any form of cooling for the SSDs and HDDs. I'm just looking for some info so I can continue with the case's design. Cheers!
  5. Its always a good idea to flush the radiator before filling it with coolant. Afaik, tap water would do just fine. I would suggest that you install the cpu, ram, M.2, and the cpu waterblock/cooler on the mobo before placing it in the case then install everything else. Though it would be fine to go with the mobo into the case first since its a huge case with a lot of space to work with. I think the airflow is fine. The bottom fans, atleast how they're shown in the photo, would be considered intakes since the air blowing into the case. About the Pump-Res combo, you can "hang" them above the cable holes on the right, so no need to remove any of the standoffs. The image below could be used as reference.
