    When looking for a new graphics card, I noticed that the MSI RX 460 uses 16x while the Gigabyte model uses a 8x. Does this difference lead to a real world performance delta?

    I have a video that I need to speed up by a factor of 126/119 or about 1.05 times. I need the video and sound to be sped up but without increasing the pitch of the sound. I tried this with Shotcut, but the sound was higher pitched. Do you know of which software to use to speed up the video and audio without increasing the pitch?
