Hi, I'm using MX linux on a dell inspiron 2 in 1 with KDE. It's equiped with an i7-1165G7 and 16GB of ram. I fiddled a bit with xorg configuration files a while ago trying to fix an issue with the trackpad (well i think so, anyway didn't work). I don't remember the exact modifications i made but now, when i boot the computer, the screen flickers when showing SDDM. And the most important issue is that i sometimes (Once every 5 minutes) have spikes of 95% cpu usage from kwin_x11 for no real reason. Ram doesn't seem to be affected by this issue. This issue is getting really obnoxious because this is the computer i'm bringing to uni everyday and the sound of the fan ramping up in the middle of a lesson can be annoying. I'm late, yep, right... I don't want them to know my pattern, the day i don't want them to search in my phone, i want to have the possibility of kicking them out and don't change my pattern. Cause i have it for a long time and i don't realy wanna change ^^

Hey, I have an S7 edge and I use the fingerprint scanner to unlock it, it works very well. But i can register only 4 of them, and i'd like to register, near twice because i would like to put some friend's fingerprint on it. (5 of them and i would like at least 2 fingerprints for me, so that's 7 fingerprint) So, is it possible to do that without using an overly overkill solution (Like rooting). So if there is an app or a manipulation i could do from my PC to change that,, it would be cool. So thanks for helping !

Hi ! I inherited a beautiful pioneer PL 720 from my grandpa. And it doesn't seem to work. I can hear that the stylus is connected cause when i put it on a vinyl it makes a horrible sound. I could be the vinyl whose totaly broken, but i thinks it come from the stylus too. I looked for a stylus like that on google but i didn't found a lot of them. Each time it was sell out. Can anybody help me find one, and tell me the price, because i'm not ready to spend more than 50 € (I'm french =p) in something like that, moreover if i'm not sure it's gonna work or not.

Hi Let me explain my situation, my bedroom is in the ... Third floor i guess ? Humm ... I'm there and my hotspot is in the ground floor, so the wi-fi in my bedroom sucks. My PC is connected to internet with a PLC. I found a USB wifi dongle in my house, this one. I tried to use it on my PC (windows 10) to "transform" my PC in a wifi hotspot. I used this tutorial. But when i try to connect my phone to the network, it will lock in "Connection..." I'm sorry, i'm french so the links I use are french too ^^.

What if the stealer turn off the location ?

Hi all. I want to put a tracker on my phone (xperia XA) to prevent any stealing or any problem that may involve me don't knowing where my phone is. But i'm not finding any free software on google. So, do anybody here know an app that can do that for me ?

I'm already using the MOBO IO for the mic ... But, i don't know ... i want to know why isn't it working, because apparently it's only on sennheiser PC 360 that the mic isn't working . Thanks you for the help !

Sorry for the BIG LATE ! These drivers were already installed on my PC, before I posted. I didn't try the mic without drivers... Should i do it ? I tested it on my laptot, it worked and now it is plugged in the mobo IO and it work too, but the sound quality isn't the best ... (And also i want to know why isn't it working, i'm curious.) Thanks for the answer ^^

Hi, the other day i asked o this forum what sound card can i buy for gaming with a PC 360 from Sennheiser. The people from the forum told me to take the Xonar DG. I installed the xonar today, i plug my headset on the xonar AND THE MICROPHONE ISN'T RECOGNISE ... I googled it and i'm not the only one with a sennheiser headset that the microphone isn't working on a xonar DG. And NOBODY HAS A GOOD ANSWER TO WHY THIS SOUND CARD IS DOING THIS ! I tried the driver from asus.com and an older version from http://www.touslesdrivers.com/ (A french website that contains A LOOOOOOOOOOT of drivers) the one from the CD that came with the card, i tried the microphone on an another PC and it work... I don't know what i could test next . So, can somebody help me ?

So i looked at the price of a sound car and ... HO ! I only have one PCI port ! And i already have a gtx 970... So i want to know, is it a good idea to buy a USB external sound card to play video games or it is a waste of money ? And if i should buy one, is there a good one in the range of 50/60 $ ?
