  1. The capacitors are also unusually hot in the bios. Similar to the temperature of the capacitors when using prime 95..
  2. Yea, it has all been updated. When I actually enter the bios the physical cpu seems unusually hot, but if I'm idling on the desktop it feels normal. Perhaps the bios is putting the CPU under load for some reason
  3. That my understanding too. I'm just concerned since I built this for someone else, that always makes it more nerve racking. Is the thermal margin good for measuring temps at idle though? Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated.
  4. Thx This is ir while running prime 95
  5. I recently built a new amd computer and the a10 7850k seemed to be running very hot on the stock cooler. In the bios it was showing 60-70 C. I went and purchased a third party cooler and yet the temps are still incredibly high. Around 55-60. However, on amd overdrive the themral margin is at perfectly safe numbers, even under load. Should I be concerned or is the software just not registering the sensor properly. Because I've heard thats a common problem.
