  1. What I meant was I do not have a CD drive to install with a in real life CD to install the drivers that came with the PC. Instead I have to search them but I don't know which ones I need or what to download after I remove all my drivers.
  2. How do I find all my drivers I need to re install? I don't have a disk drive so I can't download them manually.
  3. Built my own PC, ran perfectly first 2 days. After that it started running a lot worse. I think the problem is my PC isn't using the correct graphics card, I think it's using the built in one instead but I don't know how to switch it. When I right click desktop and click AMD Radeon settings it just says Radeon settings are currently not available.
  4. Personal reasons. Guess i'll just drop out first it's not a big deal.
  5. You don't even know why i'm not finishing. I'm not taking the easy way out it's mandatory for me.
  6. I'm technically enrolled in online high school to get social security benefits but I don't participate in it much. I 100% don't plan to pass. I want to take my GED but you are not allowed to take it while in high school. Can I lie and say i'm dropped out or would they figure it out? If I did do that what would the consequences be? You guys probably won't have the answer to these questions but I thought I might as well give it a shot considering I can't find it anywhere else and I always get my questions answered here.
  7. Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz Video Card Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 Video Card #2 Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics RAM 8.0 GB Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit I got this off of a website, I don't know a lot about pcs but it says my video card is a 530 and I never bought that piece, not sure if that's part of the cpu or something but I also dont know what smart data is, could you explain?
  8. New PC is about a week old. First 2 days ran perfectly 200 fps in my games.. csgo league ect... Now maby 20 fps. I reset my whole pc to see if that helps, it didn't. I have no more ideas how to fix this... in task manager when I open a game or sometimes just open a new tab or something my cpu and disk go to 100% or very high, then back to very low once i sit here for a long time usually. It's not always 1 thing that's using all cpu and disk, if i open google chrome thats what will be using everything, if i open csgo that is what uses everything. I have 0 idea what to do anymore.
  9. Let me explain why I'm taking it off. Only reason I'm taking it off is because I removed the cooler and now theres bubbles so I don't think it works efficiently like that. I want to remove it and add more. If I don't clean it 100% will I get less efficiency? It's not like I need to clean it so I can sell it or anything. Not sure how it works.
  10. To clean off thermal paste do I have to use rubbing alcohol? I don't currently have any in my house and I don't feel like buying any but I will if I Need to.
  11. Oh I wasn't understanding of what you meant. I was on my other PC and now i'm on a different one because I don't want to ruin the other one lol. That's why my name is different. I'm switching back now
  12. As in the poster of this thread? I made the PC and this thread, I'm looking at the PC right now. when I took the fan off the cpu and looked if there is thermal paste there is this grey stuff almost in a perfect square that makes me think it's thermal paste that was already there but i'm not sure.
  13. I mean... the temps are bizzare I almost can't answer the question. in game they were about 50 but at random times, in game or out it would hit 100 or something close and then go really low.
  14. I can use internet browser perfectly and watch videos, games just lag bad. I have done nothing new to my pc sense it ran good btw.
