  1. Hey! I'm planning out a build for my friend, he wants to save up for a gaming computer that is $500 CAD. He said he'd be using it to play only CS:GO, but being the fabulous friend I am, I wanted to make a build that give him every game he can get at $500 CAD. That's why I need you amazing folks to help me. I don't exactly have experience with super cheap builds (my first and current build is about $1200 CAD) so any constructive criticism and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 2. But the beautiful graphics... Nah I'm just kidding, I'll try it But I'd rather not lower the graphics if possible, I'd rather do something like overclock BTW this only happens when driving, I've read about how people with GTX 1080s have this problem too.
  3. OS: Windows 10 Education Edition Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB SC GAMING CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 @ 3.2 GHz RAM: 8GB DDR4-2133 Storage: 2TB Seagate Barracuda Internal Hard Drive I've tried all of the things I listed above and I've attempted overclocking but failed since I don't know how to effectively overclock.
  4. Hi, For a while now I've been having massive frame rate drops when driving in Watch_Dogs 2, I've noticed that many people have this problem. I've tried many solutions such as enabling MFAA and changing the maximum rendered frames to 4 and 1, none of which have worked. Any useful help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  5. Hi, Recently I started playing NBA2k17 on my PC, after about 2 minutes of playing a game I get a "No Signal" error and my monitor goes black and shows "No Signal" on the monitor. NBA2k17 is the only game that this happens in, every other game I play runs perfectly fine. I've tried things such as lowering the refresh rate (don't know if that would even help), I've also tried underclocking my GTX 1060 3GB because that helped other people, I've checked the game setting, my monitor is running on 1920 x 1080 and so was the game. I've also tried checking the inside of my computer for dust or something. Any constructive help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  6. Is all of the code supposed to do that or just some of it? Does it do anything else?
  7. Hi, I'm doing a JS project where I make a small, short animation and I found this guide to help with that but I don't understand some of the code. If someone could just break it down for me what each line/chunk of code does and other relevant things I'd really appreciate that. Thanks! The "Create the Animation Using JavaScript" part in https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_animate.asp
  8. Hi, I was wondering if the ASUS H110M-A has overclocking capabilities. In the BIOS I did see options for overclocking profiles but since it's not a Z series motherboard I wanted to clarify. Also I wanted to ask if there were any tips for overclocking non-k series skylake chips. I read on the internet that some skylake CPUs have overclocking capabilities, the Core i5-6500 being one of them (which I have) I just wanted to ask if it is possible or if I should just ignore it. Thanks!
  9. @yuh25 and @EmoChipmonk thank you two very much for the help and advise, I greatly appreciate it. I think I can take it from here
  10. Could I plug my CPU fan into the controller or is not advised?
  11. Just wondering, is there a way to adjust fan speed when plugged into the mobo?
  12. It connects to 3 pin connectors. Do you think I need to connect these to every fan in my case?
