Personally, I usually ditch the pre-installed fans and replace them with my own.

Loop testing: outside or inside case?
kitsune1324 replied to KillSwitch87's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
It's not that big of a deal if you're using soft tubing and if your case doesn't have a lot of flex, but with hard tubing case flex can cause leaking.- 34 replies

Loop testing: outside or inside case?
kitsune1324 replied to KillSwitch87's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
Lets continue this discussion on a thread I started for choosing coolant..I really appreciate the input! https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/818509-coolant-color-ideas/ Don't most pastel coolants stain tubing/clog pumps?- 34 replies

Well then I might be screwed..I've been running this coolant since 2015..... Do radiators get clogged or is it usually just waterblocks?- 34 replies

How full is the drive? The more data on it the slower it'll perform. Also, is it a pro or evo drive? Your title differs from the body.

You can get an adaptor, I'm running a dvi to HDMI adaptor for one of my monitors -
Micro ATX or Mini ITX?
kitsune1324 replied to no one in particular's topic in New Builds and Planning
I'd say it should depend on whether you plan to run any other pcie card than a graphics card. It's generally only has a single pie slot.- 24 replies

On the back of that motherboard, the white connector is do, use a do cable to connect to your monitor. -
I've been looking into getting a 1440p upgrade monitor recently and have been stuck between the x34 predator and the pg348q as well. There are currently expectations for 144hz ultrawide 1440p monitotors to release q3 this year..if they do release you could be looking at getting one of those for a similar price of the current ultrawide monitors or you can pick up a used one for much cheaper.

Constant Chrome Tab Opening (Possible Adware/Malware)
kitsune1324 replied to Necromonger's topic in Troubleshooting
I mean, if the game minimizes and you have a new tab that opened it's probably related. Try running some malwaye application and ccleaner tonsee if that helps at all, otherwise you could always uninstall and reinstall chrome. -

I did not take it out and I have been slowly cycling through a bottle of coolant..what's wrong with the jet plate? I won't lie, I noticed some of the aurora pieces gathering around it.. Can you elaborate on the issue?- 34 replies

For real, if the price is the same I'd always go with the better card.

If you're going with an all out gaming/high performance rig I wouldn't get cheap cables..they'll likely be a smaller gauge wire and not transfer power as well as regular or better quality cables. This could cause a few things, bad power transferring, less consistent power, a chance to burn up a wire, and a chance to fry your system and/or start a fire. These are what I'd be concerned about.
