On that point i disagree. I think being transparent is communicate the problems that are facing. Maybe like you said, a week of "No update" doesn't have any meaningful information, but checking that the last update was Sep 18, and we "have" the update here in the forum, and not all the rest of the buyers. That, to me is a lack of communication, that make everybody upset or disappointed.

i totally share your opinion, i think that a product delay shouldn't be a major disaster. But in my opinion the problem with the delays was primarily the lack of communication and the broken expectation that people have with delivery estimates.

Yeah would be pretty cool and informative to display somewhere what orders has been process, maybe update it weekly so doesn't have too much overhead. And i still don't understand why they haven't sent any email update, even if it's the same info (delays, port, etc), like you said not everyone watch the WAN show, or search on the forum.

That doesn't make any sense... In other news, Linus said on the WAN show, that the problem with the carabine zipper will be addressed after the backpack ship, so, the delay on way 1, it's not getting worst for that problem.

That's an interesting theory, my order was partially refunded too for the shipping error. I think that, the other big factor for delaying the shipping is the change (recall) for the carabine zippers, maybe they are changing it before it shipp.

My order was at 9:52pm EST August 3rd and like everyone still no shipping email or update...

Between the Noctua NF-F12 and the SilverStone Air Penetrator AP121, what would you recomend me?
