  1. So hey, replaced thermal paste. Still having the same problem. LED turns red, runs for probably 30 seconds and shuts off.
  2. Okay, so I've had the H100I V2 going on a few months now, it's been running really cool, but here in the past day I'll turn on my computer and the LED turns red, fans run at the max speed, and after a few seconds of that my computer shuts off. I checked corsair link while it was running like that, and my cpu temps were around 85 degrees. I'm at a loss, and don't know what could be wrong.
  3. How's that Zalman look for the price? I mean rubber grommets, a PSU shroud, and two external 5.25 drive bays is a lot for that case at a really good price.
  4. The ram isn't tall at all, and I'm going to be changing cases to the Zalman Z9 Neo once I buy the heatsink, buying them at the same time.
  5. Is the Dark Rock 3 by be quiet! any good? Also would it be compatible with my mobo and processor? The motherboard is an Asrock 970M Pro 3.
  6. So which would be my best bet performance wise, and silence wise, maybe just name a brand and I'll go from there.
  7. Yeah, but I need something that not only cools really well, but looks good as well, seeing as I have a side window.
  8. So I currently have an AMD FX-8350 processor, I'm using the stock fan that came with it, and it's far too loud for me to stand. When I'm just scrolling the web, it sounds fine, but getting into games it gets far too loud. With that being said, I need some help choosing my first water cooler, because frankly I don't want to overclock and I just need better temps overall. I was looking at the Corsair H60 water cooler, but reading reviews most of them say that the radiator runs loud. I need a water cooler that runs mostly silent,or maybe just an air cooler that runs quieter than this thing. Price range would be about 60-80 dollars, just depends. Thanks guys!
  9. So long story short, I've been looking around at different cases to fit my needs. Those needs being, I need at least two 5.25 External Drive Bays, Micro ATX compatible, a side window, and preferably a front mesh to show off the LED fans. I've looked at a couple cases, these being the Corsair Carbide 100R, the Corsair Obsidian Series 350D, the Corsair Carbide Series Spec M2, and the Fractal Design Arc Mini R2. While all very nice cases, the only one that really does what I want is the Fractal Design one, but at a little over 100 dollars, that's just a little high for me. So if anyone could give their feedback/assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.
