  1. My budget is around 1500. I like the case that I picked due to the amount of fans it comes with, the size, and the rgb lighting. I may switch the ssd and hdd. My real concern is the cpu. I like amd for they're overclock ability and the price point. The real question is if will run cad and 3d modelling programs without slowing down? Thank you for all of the advice

I know that the higher core count and the higher frequency will help. There just isnt any good references online that discuss this or give solid info. Thanks in advance.
