    I'm making a gaming build for a buddy at school. His max is ~830 usd. Just a basic 1080p 60fps gaming rig to play upcoming games. Windows is a must, so has to be in there.     I would really appreciate if someone would build me the best as it can gets $900 build. This is for someone who has never fully experienced a powerful gaming machine. The $900 dollar budget excludes a monitor, keyboard, mouse, ect. Thanks!
