  1. either that it might of been the fault of the socket itself on the asrock ab350m not properly clamping the cpu in place or something. regardless i do have plans on upgrading to gen2 ryzen 7 3700x and i'm not cheaping out on a motherboard this time around
  2. or either that the stock cooler had too much preapplied thermal paste and glued it to the cpu which seem to be the case when i finally got the cpu off of it, and if you are curious yes i did apply my own paste to the cpu this time snice i know the preapplied stuff really isn't that good i used mx 4 arctic
  3. no i didn't release the cpu tension arm i simply undone the screws and wiggled it slowly and when it finally came off the cpu came out with it so yeah i didn't release the tension arm
  4. who thinks the am4 socket needs a redesign to hold the cpu to the socket like intel does cause i just had a hiccup upgrading my stock cooler to a corsair h100i pro as all you may know yes the cpu stuck to the heatsink of the stock cooler i even ran the computer for an hour before upgrading just to hopefully release the thermal paste unfortunately it didn't help. if any of you agree this should become a topic and hope to get amd and third party motherboard venders to support this lets get our voice heard overall i think making a better mounting for the cpu socket would be very well needed. so new builders who are upgrading or even experienced people don't have this issue cause for some people it can be a scary moment when it does happen.

  13. looking for a fan hub to plug more fans into my computer currently limited to 2 with a case that has 4 if anyone can help me find one but it will have to be on amazon.ca thank you
  14. okay here's what i'm trying to figure out can you add your Drivers to a Windows 10 Installation USB so that you can install windows on your computer an not have to worry about installing drivers if anyone knows how to do this please let me know also i reinstall windows once a year just to start with a clean slate but its frustrating to find the drivers. To enable ethernet drivers some times it works after install an some times it don't so i have to always get the drivers using another computer but if i can get it so the installation media already has my drivers it would save me alot of trouble
  15. hey mate i had one of those cards before but and i always had trouble with it somthing with the bandwidth and buffering
