  1. Hello! anyone who has tried the new Sonos play 5 im stereo mode? Was it worth the expensive cost in your opinion?
  2. Is it a bad choice as of now, compared to the newer versions?
  3. Hey! i dont have any experience with the Intel m-series. There is a zenbook i can get for a reasonable price, with a Intel M-5y10. Is it outdated?
  4. Its on full. I just fiddled with some of the Picture settings in Nvidia Control Panel, which made it alot better. Though there is still just a little hint of that little tint. It may be backlight bleed, who knows. Is it normal on those monitors?
  5. Hey! I got a Asus pg248Q for a good price, and decided to try it out. The problem i'm having with this monitor, is that there is some kind of grey tint on the whole picture itself. On the desktop the icons bar at the bottom of the screen(along with the rest of the image) has some kind of greyish tint over it. Its driving me nuts, specially because my BenQ xl2411T doesnt have this issue at all. Anyone knows whats causing this? Is it a gamma issue or something?
  6. The i5 6600K will bottleneck the 1080 more than the i7 6700K. I would go with the 6700K in 10 out of 10 cases because of that fact. It seems the difference between i5 and i7 for gaming has increased quite alot the past years.
  7. My g-sync experience is that its hardly noticable when maintaining high fps in games. Many people come from 60hz monitors, to a 144hz g-sync monitor. Then they think that the g-sync is the reason for the ultra smooth gameplay, when its really the 144hz that does almost every bit of it. I came from a 144hz monitor when i tried a g-sync one with 144hz. The difference was so small, that there is no way i will pay the premium price Nvidia is asking for these days. I therefore went back to my BenQ xl2411t, and i have not missed g-sync at all. Its nice to have, but not paying that kind of extra money for, in my opinion.
  8. Then you are better off with a BenQ xl2411Z. You will have a really hard time noticing any kind of tearing on a 144hz monitor. On a 60hz monitor, tearing is absolutely insane. The BenQ is cheaper, and gives a fantastic gaming experience. Free/g-sync is almost not noticable when playing with high fps.
  9. Intel cpu's gives both higher and more stable fps. Amd is simply not as powerful as the Intel cpus. Buying a gaming rig with an amd cpu today, is pure nonsense. For a 970, the difference is not Night and day, but its still some fps lost due to the cpu. When upgrading, an amd cpu will start to struggle, and a Intel cpu will laugh at it.
  10. Have you had a 144hz monitor before?
  11. Well, amd processors bottlenecks nearly everything. Just note that when you upgrade from 970, that AMD CPU will make your frames cry(even though it already does for some degree).
  12. Max temp when you play doesnt matter. Max temp when the GPU or CPU is working 100% is what matters. I get 40C too if i play games that's not demanding for the GPU or CPU.
  13. Since everyone says 1070, i will say TITAN! Buy Titan, izi
