    I just learned I'm already associated with the my os. Do I simply move the hdd to the new system and reactivate it? ( will it detect all the new hardware? ) or do I have to prep it for the move.

    What if I move the hdd to the pc. Have it boot up. Plug in ssd and then transfer the os. hdd in sata 0 ssd in sata 1

    How do I prepare for the action of moving hdd that has os and files to a new pc build? I know sysprep will keep files but get rid of installed programs. Then how do I transfer os to ssd. (this is my first system build all tips and things I must know are appreciated) (trolls will be shamed to death)

    So I just do the sysprep and have a clean start. Move my files back in and reinstall each program. ok I will now begin making a list. For games do I just need to keep the directory the same?

    I am currently building a pc and will be using my hdd from old pc. I know I need to do the sysprep. I want to keep all of my files and programs installed when I move it to the new pc. What am I losing when I do the sysprep. ps I have them baked up. And how does the linus group move the drives to different systems and still keep those installed programs on them or they just go through reinstalling them?

    Found MSI Z97 GAMING 5 for $50 new unused will talk to friends who have custom PC to make final decision on buying tommorrow.

    Is it still worth getting the LGA 1150. Tell your answer and explain why. I'm doing only 1080 gaming since I don't have a 4k monitor.

    Does a PSU without a PFC effect the performance of the PC?

    The condition is like new and the inside has no debry. It will be a temporary PSU till I can afford a new. I'm building my first pc.

    One of the reasons why I got is because I can't afford the new ones and people in my area are not repling back and way to much wattage.
